Three Rivers Engineering is a mechanical, electrical and energy engineering consulting firm serving the industrial, institutional and commercial construction markets. The firm provides services for all phases of construction from design and construction administration to project closeout and commissioning.
The company was founded in January of 2001 and provides engineering services to clients in the Western United States.
We use our experience in energy consulting and high performance buildings to assist in selection of new mechanical systems. Understanding how the building uses energy allows us to select and design systems that provide comfort as well as energy efficiency. The cost of operating and maintaining mechanical systems is a priority in the selection of heating and cooling systems. Today’s building mechanical systems need to be energy efficient as well as economically viable. Using our experience in energy consulting, we design systems to reduce gas and electric bills while keeping a safe and healthy environment for the owner and occupants.
Sustainability and high performance is our goal with every project. Our design team strives to create mechanical and electrical systems with low environmental impacts. Our goal is to provide a building that is healthy and productive with a low life cycle cost. Low life cycle analysis includes comparing the savings in energy efficiency and low utility costs to the first cost of the project. We set high goals to achieve high performance buildings.
